Steady with Style

Howdy from Florida!!

I have a 2 year old Weimaraner named Callie. She is my first dog and is very well behaved. She is spoiled rotten and sleeps with me every night. She is my baby as I am sure your pups are your babies too. I am a student at the University of Florida and take her everywhere with me. She loves to ride in my jeep and run in the woods next to my house. I make all the time in the world for her and my neighbors are constantly asking to play with her. Callie loves to play with my neighbor’s cat. I am new to training dogs, but am very pleased with my work so far. My brother has had weims for 20 years and I ask him for advice when I need it.

I hunted when I was a little kid with my dad, but have not been in years and am trying to get back into it. I would like to take Callie with me when I start hunting again, because she loves to be out in nature. My brother knows nothing on training for hunting and I am trying you educate myself before I try to train Callie the wrong way.

I look forward to getting advice from people who have been there and done that.
